The Green Revolution
In an effort to reduce the UKs carbon emissions, the prime minister plans to ban sales of new petrol and diesel cars by 2030. Research by Deloitte estimates that there will be seven million EVs on the road by 2030. This can only continue to grow.
Whilst there are more than 30,000 Electric Car charging stations in the UK currently, we have spotted the demand for more convenient charging points. As we fully support greener living, we want to be a driving force in encouraging people to switch to an electric vehicle. That’s why Kiwi EV was born.
Who Are Kiwi EV?
Part of Kiwi Group Services, Kiwi EV Charging is a small company of qualified electricians and engineers based in Yorkshire. Dan Jowett, our Managing Director, completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme, where he focused on creating a business model for EV charging points. That business model is now being brought to life, with increased sustainable living as its goal.
